Integrating Braintree
These instructions will create read-only access to a company's Braintree account.
Create a Read-Only Role

- Login as the admin to the Braintree Control Panel here.

- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.

- Click Team from the drop-down menu.

- Click the Roles tab to see a list of your existing roles.

- Click the New Role button to create a new role >name the role Read Only.

- Enable the following permissions:
- Download transactions with masked payment data.
- Download vault records with masked payment data.
- Reporting.
- Recurring Billing.
- Download subscription records.
- View modifications.
- View subscription plans.
- View subscriptions.
- Search subscriptions.
- Dispute Management.
- Statements.
- Read-Only Access.
- Search.
Create a New User & Assign Role

- Go to Settings > Users and Roles > New User.

- Create a new user using the email address provided on the onboarding page.

- Give the user API Access.

- Assign the read only role you previously created.
- 5
- Remember to check the box for assigning access to the merchant accounts.
