Integrating Your Bank Account
Integrating your bank is one of the most important steps in the setup process. This allows us to confirm that each order can be traced to a cash transaction.
If you're in the onboarding process:

- Login and click the next step until you reach the Bank Account.

- Add a new bank that you've never synced before, click Yes. Add in any account name that will help you remember which account you've linked.

- Connect to either Plaid and / or Teller. Follow the prompts, pick the account, and then you should be set.

💡 For SVB which may have issues with disconnecting, we recommend Teller instead of Plaid.

- You will be able to see the bank account is connected.

If you're an existing customer and you need to reconnect:

- Login to Blue Onion, and navigate to Integrations (left-hand side-bar) > Bank accounts to see the existing connections.

- If the connection has expired, click New Bank Account Connection, and click No to add a connection to an existing account. Select the dropdown for what you've already set up.

If you're an existing customer and you need to add a new bank account:

- Login to Blue Onion, and navigate to Integrations (left-hand side-bar) > Bank accounts to see the existing connections.

- Click Add New Bank Connection > Click Yes, create new account > add bank name.

- Connect the accounting using Plaid, and follow the prompts to connect your account.
