Refund Line Items
The Refund Line Items page provides the underlying source data that Blue Onion uses to calculate all refund transactions within the application. This page provides detailed information surrounding any refunds processed.
The above page is exportable to an excel .CSV format for any analysis or investigations into refunds required, and allows you to filter and sort for refunds by several dimensions:

| Processed Date | The date the refund was issued |
| Location | Location of the order the refund is related to |
| Order Refund Currency | Currency the refund was issued in |
| Order ID or Name or Number | Filter for specific order refunds |
| Product titles | Refunds by product title |
| Product types | Refunds by product type |
| Adjustment type | Type of refund (order, shipping, gift card) |
| SKU | Refunds by SKU |
| Channels | Refunds by specific sales channels |
| Order System | Refunds by POS (specific Shopify or Amazon Seller stores) |
